A quick and easy low point breakfast which can be adapted for the simple start or filling and healthy programs.
1 Apple chopped - 0pp
1 Pear chopped - 0pp
20g Muesli - 2pp
1 heaped tbs 0% fat Fromage Frais - 0pp
1/2 tsp of Honey - 0pp
It's as easy as this...
Place the chopped fruit in a bowl, top with the Fromage Frais and Muesli and drizzle the Honey on top and viola a fresh tasting, filling breakfast in less that 5 minutes.
To make this on Simple Start or Filling and Healthy swap the Muesli for Porridge Oats.
If only losing weight was as easy as passing the salt. We all know that it's not. It is, in fact very difficult.The journey of weight loss is an emotional roller coaster of ups and downs. I queued up, a little apprehensively for the weight watchers ride. And boy what a ride it has been! This little blog keeps track of my journey, the highs and lows.
